Key responsibilities & impact

Provide claims advocacy and account management services to clients involving moderate, complex and catastrophic claims
Serve as a trusted advocate for clients and key stakeholders
Engage collaboratively with clients, their representatives, and insurers
Take ownership of resolving client claim issues in a timely manner
Maintain thorough and timely documentation within the EPIC claim file system
Conduct thorough coverage analysis and research

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 15 years of experience in the commercial general liability claims industry
Must have held a Senior Claims Analyst role or higher
Proficiency with general liability insurance products
Strong working knowledge of transportation/automobile liability, management liability (E&O, D&O, Cyber, Crime), property and workers compensation coverages
Proficiency with using broker based and carrier claims software applications
Knowledge of the EPIC system is a plus
