About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategy development and marketing for a book of NFP clients in the Atlantic region
Partner with the account service team and client to gain strategy alignment
Execute national and regional broking strategies to ensure optimal client outcomes
Drive placement strategy and execution, ensuring customized solutions for NFP clients
Collaborate with account management teams and clients for market submissions
Proactively coordinate and manage broking around the placement cycle
Mentor and train junior talent

Requirements

What you’ll need

P&C Insurance License required
10+ years of experience in commercial P&C broking
Proven leadership experience in managing teams
Strong understanding of mid-market dynamics
Ability to mentor and develop talent across experience levels
Deep carrier relationships and market knowledge across the Atlantic region
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
