About the role
- Administer and execute the Region’s Financial Planning and Analysis process
- Work closely with Regional finance and accounting resources
- Assist in the planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the business’s fiscal function and performance
- Help create annual budgets and track monthly performance against those budgets
- Provide monthly analysis of actual results to budgeted results for each reporting unit
- Analyze variations of actual results from the budget/forecast and explain to relevant parties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A finance or Accounting focus is a plus
- Prior experience within a corporate or business unit finance organization
- A minimum of 1 year of finance and accounting experience in a rapidly growing organization
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Preferably to have familiarity with the use of Excel macros, Power Pivots, and Power Queries.
