Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and input data into the agency management system
Provide assistance with various tasks and processes relative to new and renewal business
May learn to prepare specifications &/or Acord apps as necessary for marketing/pricing under the direction of a senior level colleague
May assist or “shadow” senior level colleague(s) in the marketing and negotiating of specific program lines of business
Creates and maintains client files in accordance with NFP’s Service Model Standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree (or equivalent) and BA/BS preferred
More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience
Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Appropriately licensed or ability to obtain licensing if required
