💰 $48,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Gather and input data into the agency management system
- Provide assistance with various tasks and processes relative to new and renewal business
- May learn to prepare specifications &/or Acord apps as necessary for marketing/pricing under the direction of a senior level colleague
- May assist or “shadow” senior level colleague(s) in the marketing and negotiating of specific program lines of business
- Creates and maintains client files in accordance with NFP’s Service Model Standards
Requirements
- Associates degree (or equivalent) and BA/BS preferred
- More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
- Appropriately licensed or ability to obtain licensing if required
