About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design & Deliver Learning & Development Programs
Facilitate learning sessions for managers and employees when needed.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted development initiatives.
Execute Compliance Training Initiatives
Support updates to training content in alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
Provide reporting and insights to leadership regarding compliance training participation and risk areas.
Support Talent Management & Performance Processes
Create resources that support career pathing and internal mobility.
Analyze performance and engagement data to identify development opportunities and recommend action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, HR compliance, or a related HR function.
Experience designing and facilitating training programs (virtual and in-person).
Experience managing compliance-related training programs and tracking completion metrics.
Experience supporting performance management and talent review processes.
Familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms (Workday experience preferred).
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
Ability to operate independently within a lean, fast-paced environment.
