About the role
- Assist the advisor throughout the underwriting and requirement gathering process
- Ensure that all cases move efficiently through the process
- Communicate with the advisor, carrier, and others to complete the needed requirements
- Provide best-in-class service by reviewing cases frequently and advocating for the advisor and insured
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of experience within a life insurance or brokerage environment
- Strong working knowledge of life insurance case processing
- Life & Health license preferred
