About the role

  • Join our dynamic Employee Benefits team in a pivotal support role
  • Engage in daily data analysis and reporting, tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Manage and review vendor reports for accuracy and create comprehensive client-specific reports
  • Participate in meetings to discuss findings and strategies
  • Collaborate with Unit Leader to build, develop and implement processes for maximum value and efficiency

Requirements

  • Four-year college or university degree
  • Finance/Statistics/Mathematics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or related studies is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an Analytics or Financial role preferred
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the group insurance marketplace including alternative funding methods and industry trends
  • Working knowledge of carriers and products
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Visual Basic
