About the role
- Works proactively to maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts on an assigned book of business.
- Take the lead on client meetings for assigned accounts.
- Manages the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and Advisors.
- Communicates directly with clients and carriers, in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive.
- Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in High-Net-Worth personal insurance service
- Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems
- Must understand and apply the knowledge of high-level and high-touch points in client management
- P&C Insurance License required upon hire
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required along with insurance industry training and license
