About the role

  • Develop and manage relationships with agents, consultants and TPA’s to continuously drive lead generation
  • Collaboration with ECU’s Sales & Underwriting team at an individual group level and broad overview of clients and prospective clients
  • Consistent lead generation
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful closure – to then renewal management in the subsequent years.
  • Evaluation of new vendors and partners with whom to work
  • Collaboration on Marketing materials
  • Collaborate with all internal teams to continuously drive growth & innovation
  • Travel should be expected

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years of Industry Experience and Knowledge on Medical Stop Loss
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
