About the role
- responsible for managing client strategy and project plans, including deliverables
- leading the team's annual execution of core work, ensuring client satisfaction
- providing benefit opportunities for client expansion
- collaborating with the Account Manager Team on annual execution of core work
- developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance client benefits and satisfaction
- managing a book of $500k-5 million dollars of annual revenue
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field
- strong understanding of benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products and services
- proven ability to manage client relationships and anticipate client needs
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- passion for developing and building strength and capabilities in a team
- Life and Health Insurance License
