About the role
- Ensure prompt processing, evaluation and reporting of vendor invoices
- Perform day-to-day A/P transactions including verification, classification and posting of Accounts Payable data
- Review AP invoices to ensure proper GL coding for each invoice
- Work with managers to ensure approvals have been obtained
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Microsoft Excel proficiency at intermediate level is required
- Experience with Coupa AP system or similar highly preferred
