About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system needs from stakeholders.
- Evaluate enterprise-wide business impact, technical feasibility, and development complexity for new products, concepts, and enhancement requests.
- Use AI-powered visual prototyping, wireframing, and design tools to create interactive mockups and adaptable user interface concepts.
- Partner closely with full-stack development teams to guide the software development lifecycle.
- Validate, test, and approve product releases to ensure alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
- Manage product roadmaps and communication of priorities, release schedules, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mortgage Banking, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum two years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology support, or mortgage operations.
- Demonstrated software development knowledge and technical capability.
- Strong technical and business communication skills.
- Prior experience in software product management, software delivery, business systems analysis, or technology solution design preferred.
- Understanding of mortgage origination, sales, fulfillment, or operations workflows is a strong plus.
