About the role
- Take responsibility for steering complex projects, subprojects, and functional streams
- Lead projects and subprojects for German-speaking energy providers
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships for our clients
- Align customer requirements and coordinate all necessary activities
- Analyze and purposefully further develop processes for energy providers
- Act as a mentor and coach for our consultants
- Develop requirement concepts and manage and coordinate their implementation
- Conduct client workshops and training sessions
- Collaborate with the team on projects, e.g., in digitalization, standardization, optimization of complex processes, and the rollout of new SAP-centered platforms
Requirements
- Extensive experience in (IT) project management, both traditional and agile methodologies
- Broad knowledge of the energy sector
- Consulting experience in SAP for the energy industry
- Experience with energy provider processes and/or several years of experience implementing and enhancing energy-sector SAP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite and the Atlassian portfolio (JIRA, Confluence)
- Native-level German language skills
- Assertive personality and enjoyment in coordinating IT professionals
- Experience in (SAP) data migration projects is desirable
