About the role
- Manage the roadmap, prioritize deliverables, apply agile practices (Scrum), anticipate risks and act as Proxy-PO or PM as needed between the client and the delivery team.
- Analyze requirements, facilitate workshops, co-create user stories with developers, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure continuous visibility into progress, budgets, and risks, both internally and with clients through sprint reports and regular governance meetings.
- Act as a facilitator, own the client's needs, contribute to proposals and RFPs, identify new opportunities, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Ensure project profitability, manage changes and cost overruns, participate in billing, and validate timesheets.
Requirements
- Significant experience in IT project management — minimum 4–5 years
- Experience working with software development teams
- Experience collaborating with external clients in a consulting capacity
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong requirements analysis skills
- Proficient in creating and managing product backlogs and user stories
- Proficient in budget management and client billing
- Bilingual in French and English
