About the role

  • Understand clients’ needs and constraints to recommend the most appropriate AI approaches (GenAI, Azure OpenAI, M365, etc.)
  • Design user-centered solutions and participate in iterative breakdowns (POC → MVP → further iterations).
  • Develop and integrate end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring technical quality, risk management (performance, costs, security) and the long-term maintainability of solutions deployed for clients.
  • Make AI concepts accessible to stakeholders, run workshops and demos, advise clients on evolving their processes, and contribute to upskilling their teams.
  • Maintain an active technology watch, share learnings with the team, mentor junior profiles and contribute to the evolution of AI tools and practices at Nexus.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience developing AI or advanced data solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI projects (NLP, chatbots, document analysis, classification, recommendations, GenAI, prediction).
  • Comfortable working within a Microsoft environment (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
  • Strong ability to explain concepts clearly and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Solution- and customer-value-focused, with a pragmatic approach.
  • Curious, autonomous, detail-oriented and comfortable with experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • Able to estimate your work and clearly articulate your technical assumptions.
