About the role

  • Ensure staff has proper substation entry training.
  • Implementation of client and Nexus processes for P&E utility projects.
  • Systems and audits for conformance to Nexus Quality System (NQS).
  • Assess and suggest solutions for minimizing NCRs or rework.
  • Lead by example adhering to safety and core values.
  • Be a resource for P&E PMs for project milestones and standardization.
  • Foster team member development through feedback and goal setting.
  • Engage in client meetings to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Ensure effective training practices and tools are in place for market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • Professional Engineering License (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a wide range of management positions.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and developing work processes to drive project efficiencies.
  • Experience in personnel administration and coordination.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering analytics and design tools.
  • Strong business understanding and acumen.
  • Commitment to safety, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
