Requirements

8+ years of product design experience, with a track record of delivering highly polished work across complex workflows
A portfolio that showcases strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking especially for business-facing tools
Deep empathy for SMB users: their challenges, workflows, and goals
Experience designing across web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web)
Strong skills in hierarchy, layout, color, and typography
Ability to think holistically about user journeys and touchpoints
Familiarity with testing, measurement, and iteration based on data and user feedback
Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done
