About the role
- Perform reconciliations of processes to execute payments to shipping lines
- Monitor and record demurrage processes in the system
- Access shipping line portals
- Monitor outstanding reports from shipping lines
- Post payment settlements in the system
- Monitor payments to agents and airlines
- Make payments and carry out clearing and reconciliation of administrative accounts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of technical experience
- University degree in progress
- Intermediate Excel
- Basic MS Office skills
