About the role

  • Lead the design and implementation of **CI/CD pipeline**s for cloud-native analytics platforms
  • Implement **infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation**, or similar tools
  • Establish **automated testing frameworks (BDD/TDD/ATDD) within DevSecOps pipelines**
  • Integrate security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance controls into deployment workflows
  • Ensure production observability, logging, and monitoring across **AWS environments**
  • Support containerized workloads using **Kubernetes/EKS**
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to enable secure platform operations
  • Align platform operations with federal governance, ICAM, and data protection requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement of automation, reliability, and security posture

Requirements

  • **Required Qualifications**
  • - **U.S. Citizenship required**
  • - **8+ years of progressive experience** in **DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud operations roles**
  • - Experience designing and managing **CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments**
  • - Strong experience with **infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)**
  • - Experience supporting containerized environments **(Kubernetes, EKS)**
  • - Experience implementing automated testing within deployment pipelines
  • - Experience integrating security scanning and compliance controls into **DevSecOps workflows**
  • - Experience with monitoring and logging tools in production cloud environments
  • - **Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance**
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • - Experience supporting **USCIS** or other **DHS** component cloud modernization initiatives
  • - Experience operating platforms supporting high-volume case management or adjudication systems
  • - Expertise with Databricks platform integration and analytics environments
  • - Experience working within federal governance, **ICAM,** and secure data access frameworks
  • - **AWS Professional or DevOps certifications**
