About the role

  • Lead end-to-end Finance transformation engagements, from scoping and design through implementation and benefits realisation
  • Own senior client relationships and manage executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes
  • Design and deliver GA&C and R2R process improvements, including technology-enabled transformations
  • Facilitate workshops, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and support change initiatives
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability development
  • Support business development activities, including pitches, proposals, tenders, and case studies
  • Identify new client opportunities and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market positioning, and service offering development
  • Support recruitment and help shape the firm’s growth roadmap and culture

Requirements

  • 7–12 years’ experience in management consulting, finance transformation, accounting, controlling, or similar roles
  • Strong expertise in General Accounting & Close / R2R, including pre-studies, solution design, and end-to-end implementations
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs and consolidation/reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Tagetik, Aaro, Workiva, Power BI or similar)
  • Proven leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder finance transformation engagements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience supporting business development or sales activities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, based in the Stockholm area
  • Degree in economics or a related field
