About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the IT Cyber Security Division and other business units by managing procurement processes.
Monitor contract renewals, track expenditures, and support consultant onboarding activities.
Provide financial and operational analysis and ensure data accuracy.
Create and process requisitions within PeopleSoft Procurement modules.
Monitor active software licensing and support compliance with procurement policies.
Assist management with financial analysis, contract reviews, and procurement planning initiatives.
Generate reports related to procurement activity and departmental budgets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
1–3+ years of experience supporting procurement, financial analysis, budgeting, contract administration, or business operations.
Experience working with:
PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules
ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management
Beeline Vendor Management System
Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, licensing, and technology asset management.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately and independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
