About the role
- Build, maintain, and evolve the platform's environment infrastructure
- Automate provisioning, deployment processes, and operational routines
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure stability, availability, and performance of environments
- Monitor services, logs, metrics, and alerts for incident prevention and response
- Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production environments
- Contribute to the advancement of security, observability, and reliability practices
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure safer and more efficient deliveries
- Support platform scalability with a focus on automation, standardization, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability
- Strong analytical skills to investigate incidents and identify root causes
- Collaborative profile with good communication and a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus
- Knowledge of environment security and cloud best practices is a plus
- Experience with high-availability and scalable environments is a plus
- Experience working in SaaS companies or fast-growing digital products is a plus
- Knowledge of SRE practices and reliability engineering is a plus
