Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and evolve the platform's environment infrastructure
Automate provisioning, deployment processes, and operational routines
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
Ensure stability, availability, and performance of environments
Monitor services, logs, metrics, and alerts for incident prevention and response
Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production environments
Contribute to the advancement of security, observability, and reliability practices
Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure safer and more efficient deliveries
Support platform scalability with a focus on automation, standardization, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of containers and orchestration
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of infrastructure automation
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability
Strong analytical skills to investigate incidents and identify root causes
Collaborative profile with good communication and a strong sense of responsibility
Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus
Knowledge of environment security and cloud best practices is a plus
Experience with high-availability and scalable environments is a plus
Experience working in SaaS companies or fast-growing digital products is a plus
Knowledge of SRE practices and reliability engineering is a plus
