About the role

  • Reporting to the Applications & Data Manager, you will join a team that is being structured and is at the heart of the group's digital transformation.
  • Your mission: turn data into a usable asset, produce reliable analyses, build business dashboards, improve data quality and support teams in understanding and leveraging their information.
  • You will be a key link between business teams, the IT department and Data governance.
  • Produce reliable analyses to support decision-making (Sales, Finance, Support, Product…).
  • Identify trends, anomalies, user behavior and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc studies to meet the needs of management.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI / Superset.
  • Model the necessary data (joins, aggregations, calculations).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in statistics, business intelligence, applied mathematics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into concrete analyses.
  • Rigour, curiosity, analytical mindset and service orientation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in French, professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong command of SQL (selects, joins, aggregations, diagnostics).
  • Good level in a visualization tool: Power BI (DAX), Tableau or Superset.
  • Solid knowledge of BI modeling (data warehouse, star schema…).
  • Good understanding of business processes (CRM, sales, finance, support…).
  • Knowledge of data quality concepts and data governance.
  • Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
