Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of experience in title insurance abstracting, examination, or underwriting/risk
Senior-level experience examining commercial properties.
Strong understanding of title insurance, real estate, banking, and mortgage industries.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Proficiency with title industry software (e.g., Resware, SoftPro Select).
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage complex title/escrow risk decisions.
