About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Scope project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
Distribute research tasks to due diligence partners
Assign drafting projects to remote teams
Ensure vendors have necessary field data and client specifications
Review and redline outsourced deliverables for quality and regulatory compliance
Translate client requests into clear drafting-team instructions
Resolve discrepancies between field notes and office research
Monitor active survey task orders
Track vendor invoices and maintain healthy project margins

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or associate degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field preferred
Significant experience in CAD-based survey production
AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson experience
1–5+ years in a coordination or management role within the land surveying industry
Ability to manage client expectations and relationships with external vendors
Ability to analyze legal descriptions, title reports, and topographic data
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D
At least 2 years of land survey drafting experience
Authorized to work in the United States
