About the role

  • Independent responsibility for leading consulting projects (multi-project management)
  • Analyses and process consulting
  • Conceptual consulting and project support
  • Concept reviews; conducting audits and assessments
  • Allocation and coordination of project staff
  • Management of functional safety in projects (FSM)
  • Business development for the clients you support
  • Technical evaluation of quality and approval of deliverables
  • Effort estimates for consulting projects and subprojects

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in engineering safety-relevant projects and the underlying methods and processes (risk analyses, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, ...)
  • Solid knowledge of one of the leading safety standards IEC 61508, DIN EN ISO 13849, ISO/SAE 26262, or equivalent
  • Proof of a valid certificate in the safety context (e.g., TÜV, Dekra) desirable
  • Experience in consulting on safety projects
  • Strong experience in self- and project management and the application of appropriate methods (e.g., GTD, IPMA, GPM, PRINCE2...)
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiative
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
