About the role

  • You identify and attract talented applicants, proactively approach them, and fill our open positions with the right candidates.
  • You conduct interviews, guide candidates through the entire selection process, and build long-term relationships — always aiming to secure the best talent for our team.
  • You serve as the first point of contact for candidates and provide valuable support to managers to optimize the recruiting experience for all stakeholders.
  • You analyze data, leverage professional networks, and use modern tools to continuously improve our recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • You are studying Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field and are available for at least two semesters.
  • You have initial experience with recruiting processes and want to deepen your knowledge in talent acquisition.
  • You communicate confidently and persuasively — both written and verbal — and approach candidates, managers, and team members in a friendly and open manner.
  • You enjoy working with numbers, analyze recruitment KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for the recruiting strategy.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
