About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the business centre and ensure the highest standards of property management.
  • Manage, develop and motivate an on-site team, setting clear objectives and ensuring efficient collaboration.
  • Implement and further develop asset strategy to maximize the property's value and performance.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies together with the leasing team to maximize occupancy and increase the property's value.
  • Manage short-term office and meeting room leasing, ensuring excellent customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring first-class service and long-term tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee lease administration, rent collection, receivables, deposits and debt recovery.
  • Prepare annual property management budgets, monitor financial performance and control operating costs.
  • Coordinate operational, technical and improvement projects together with the facilities management team.
  • Monitor service quality, participate in supplier selection and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular management reports and present business performance, market insights and recommendations to the property owner.
  • Follow office market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the property's competitive position.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education degree.
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate property or asset management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to combine operational management and business development.
  • Experience working with budgets, reporting and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and with the team, make decisions and take ownership.
  • Confident user of MS Office.
