About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare documentation for contractor and supplier tenders (technical specifications/scopes of work, offer comparison tables).
  • Take minutes in project meetings and follow up on the implementation of agreed decisions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day work organisation topics and ensure tasks are delivered as planned.
  • Register and monitor project invoices, contracts, and other project documentation.
  • Support project managers with daily project tasks and operational problem-solving.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A construction/engineering-related education.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Relevant experience in construction or real estate project delivery/implementation.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong time management and planning skills to deliver commitments on time and to a high standard.
