About the role

  • Support the execution of real estate investment transactions (acquisitions and disposals), including identifying and engaging potential investors.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, marketing materials, and transaction reports.
  • Develop and review financial models and perform in-depth investment analysis.
  • Manage transaction processes end-to-end, coordinating internal teams, clients, and external advisors.
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and investment strategies in the Baltic region

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in real estate, finance, or sales is a strong advantage.
