About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for bookkeeping
Prepare accounting records for the tax advisor
Serve as the contact person for the tax advisor
Create outgoing invoices and review incoming and outgoing invoices
Correspond with suppliers and customers
Manage payment transactions
Prepare and analyze key figures, statistics and reports
General administrative tasks
Assist the management team with various tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience or knowledge in accounting
Completed commercial vocational training
Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
Italian language skills are an advantage
Structured and independent working style
Confident user of MS Office programs
