Key responsibilities & impact- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate psychosocial services for PrairieCare patients
- Provide case management and therapeutic services to patients and families

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related therapeutic field
- Independent licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) in Minnesota required
- Non-independently licensed candidates may be considered at an Associate level therapist role
- Associate level role requires a Master's degree in a specified therapeutic field
- Candidates must be licensed or actively pursuing clinical licensure in Minnesota
- Candidates pursuing an LPCC through a closely related degree must demonstrate that their education meets Minnesota coursework requirements
- Two years of previous mental health experience strongly preferred
- Experience in intensive psychiatric healthcare settings preferred
- Experience using electronic health records preferred
- Cultural responsiveness and bilingual language skills strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to shift smoothly and rapidly between dissimilar tasks
- Ability to react quickly and calmly in volatile or potentially emergency situations
- Ability to make effective decisions in stressful situations
- Ability to manage disruptive and explosive patients after training
