About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop paid social ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts alongside the Creative Strategy team
Support creative strategy by generating variations and new concepts based on performance insights
Partner closely with editors, creators, and the production team to bring ad concepts to life
Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns, uncover insights, and improve future concepts
Stay deeply tapped into organic and paid social and creative trends to continuously improve creative output
Help maintain organized creative workflows, timelines, and feedback loops across the production process

Requirements

Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Deep knowledge of cultural
A sharp eye for what makes winning ad creative
Excellent copywriting and ad scripting skills
