About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute a bold, strategic growth plan across your territory, focusing on both new business and account expansion

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for new clients

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in a territory-based sales or business development role
- Strong track record in new business generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Confident communicator with a natural consultative and persuasive style
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven in competitive environments
- Skilled in using CRM systems and sales data to guide decisions and improve performance
- A collaborative team player who can influence across departments
- Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to travel across your region
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or regulated industries is a strong advantage
