- Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience
- Coordinating shift bookings and matching healthcare professionals with client requirements
- Managing last-minute changes and finding solutions
- Helping healthcare professionals throughout their journey
- Using data and systems to monitor activity and identify trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a client-facing, operations, coordination, or scheduling role (healthcare or recruitment experience is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships across multiple channels
- Outstanding organization skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering great service.
