Territory Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory
- Identify growth opportunities, win new business, and bring lapsed clients back on board
- Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and service challenges
- Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maximise coverage
- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Be a Newcross Brand Ambassador, promoting excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in sales, business development, territory management, account management, or healthcare staffing
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confident using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and performance dashboards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with high attention to detail
