Mechanical Engineer II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design of discipline-specific systems for small to medium projects using Revit and modeling/calculation tools.
- Assist senior engineers with complex designs, plans, and calculations.
- Perform calculations and simulations.
- Review product submittals and shop drawings.
- Respond to RFIs for assigned scope.
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure project delivery within agreed schedules and budgets.
- Comply with QA/QC procedures and assist in developing project workplans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, or Communications Engineering
- 3+ years of engineering experience in the AEC industry
- Proficient in Revit and discipline-specific software
- Strong grasp of building codes and design standards
