Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all Finance, Legal, and HR applications
Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Functions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee management and support of applications like Concur, ADP, and Workday
Be the IT Lead for future ERP implementations
Address and resolve user issues
Act as the project manager for all application implementations and retirements
Manage relationships with application vendors
Collaborate with IT security to ensure applications meet compliance standards
Work closely with SVP, IT to align application strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
15+ years of IT application management within Pharmaceuticals, with 5+ years focused on Finance, Legal and HR systems
Proven experience with Workday, Concur, ADP, and Coupa
Experience running an ERP implementation
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful implementations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in multiple areas of IT/Pharma and agile enough to jump in wherever needed
