About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in configuring and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists
Support user access management, permissions, and security settings
Help develop and customize SharePoint components (Pages, workflows, forms)
Troubleshoot basic SharePoint issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes
Assist with SharePoint migrations, updates, integration, and archives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint preferred but not required
