About the role
- Develop and manage marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, paid search, email, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, aligning deliverables with client goals over 6–12 month periods.
- Analyze performance data, draw actionable insights, and present them in client-friendly reports.
- Build trust and act as the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs while maintaining strong internal alignment.
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth and productive start to the partnership.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project timelines, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in a marketing agency or a similar environment.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; Sales Hub a plus) and tools like Google Analytics.
- Broad knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing.
