About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Support monthly close activities and maintain and reconcile financial accounts
  • Contribute to budgets and forecasts
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends or discrepancies, and provide insights to senior management
  • Support annual audit and tax-related activities
  • Review accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls and recommend improvements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and support special accounting and financial projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least two years of public accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with three years of progressive private/corporate accounting roles
  • Undergraduate degree and at least 5 years in progressive private/corporate accounting roles
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and accounting systems
