Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting remote mental health therapy to working adults
Delivering therapy via a virtual platform, comfortable with teleconferencing applications such as Zoom/Google Meet/WebEx
Documenting client goals, treatment progress, and assessments for reporting and measurement of progress

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active clinical license i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC
A minimum of 3 years of experience (post internship) providing direct therapy to adults
Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (evenings and weekends acceptable)
Experience and comfort utilizing Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and maintaining thorough SOAP notes via an online platform
Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment and be able to manage multiple assignments/clients
