About the role
- You'll own curriculum design and development for our Memberships product—creating the learning pathways and assets members use to execute
- Design, author, and refine curriculum modules, templates, and supporting resources.
- Ensure the curriculum is easy to navigate and implement (not just “good content”).
- Maintain production cadence and quality standards.
- Run feedback loops: audit content, incorporate coaching insights, iterate quickly.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design curriculum that drives real-world outcomes (adult learning / behavior change)
- Strong writing and content development skills
- High standards for clarity, structure, and usability
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end and iterating based on feedback
- Collaborative working style with strong internal communication
