About the role
- Own curriculum design and development for Memberships—creating the learning pathways and assets members use to execute.
- Design, author, and refine curriculum modules, templates, and supporting resources.
- Ensure the curriculum is easy to navigate and implement.
- Maintain production cadence and quality standards.
- Run feedback loops: audit content, incorporate coaching insights, iterate quickly.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design curriculum that drives real-world outcomes (adult learning / behavior change).
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- High standards for clarity, structure, and usability.
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end and iterating based on feedback.
- Collaborative working style with strong internal communication.
- Experience with membership products, cohort programs, or coaching-enabled learning (nice-to-have).
- Comfort with video scripts/storyboarding, template systems, or resource libraries (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with professional services education (legal a bonus, not required).
