About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead New Era s end-to-end Training & Development program from onboarding through ongoing development
- Manage the entire annual performance review process end-to-end in PerformYard
- Partner with leadership to identify employee development needs
- Maintain and continuously evolve the robust New Hire-Day 1 onboarding program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant degree preferred
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years dedicated to designing training & development programs focusing on employee development, onboarding and retention programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
