About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical assistance, training, and support in the use of IT hardware and software
Receive, log, and route user calls for assistance or repair
Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution to desktop communication problems, networking and remote system connections
Inform and train users in equipment and software operation
Research, evaluate, test hardware and software products, and systems solutions
Take ownership of issues by analyzing problems to implement temporary or permanent fixes
Maintain a first class level of customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in hardware/software support or Associate degree in related field
Networking and server management experience
Must develop positive working relationship with teammates and customers
Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements
