About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full bid lifecycle from qualification and bid/no-bid support through planning, proposal development, submission, clarifications, negotiation support, and handover to delivery
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and customer requirements, identifying deliverables, compliance obligations, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Build and manage bid plans, timelines, responsibility matrices, review schedules, and submission checklists
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Technical, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Delivery
  • Lead the development, editing, and structuring of proposal content for clarity, consistency, customer focus, and compliance
  • Facilitate bid reviews, quality checks, commercial/pricing approvals, and final submission readiness
  • Support solution descriptions, implementation approaches, project methodologies, delivery plans, and governance models
  • Coordinate with vendors and technology partners regarding quotations, certifications, letters of support, subcontractor scopes, and commercial inputs
  • Maintain bid documentation, version control, reusable content, templates, lessons learned, and bid performance records
  • Support post-bid reviews, negotiations, and handover of scope, assumptions, risks, and contractual commitments to Project Management
  • Improve bid processes, templates, content libraries, governance, and reporting
  • Provide bid status reporting, pipeline visibility, and escalation of key risks and bottlenecks to the Project Lifecycle Management Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in bid/proposal management, presales coordination, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing public tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and complex private-sector proposals
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions and services, including infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, managed services, and systems integration
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
  • Excellent proposal writing, editing, and document structuring skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to translate customer requirements, technical inputs, commercial terms, and contractual constraints into clear, compliant proposals
  • Experience with compliance matrices, risk/assumption registers, pricing inputs, and approval workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with tender portals, vendor/partner ecosystems, and bid management tools is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
