About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
- Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adults and/or children or adolescents (if experienced)
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines with physician supervision in-house
- Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in peer review, team meetings, and ongoing education
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current PA license (required)
- Psychiatric experience or certification preferred
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Comfort with technology and EMR systems for telehealth care delivery
