About the role

  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight of both clinical and administrative areas
  • Partner with the CEO to execute and drive our strategic growth plan
  • Oversee P&L for operations and spearhead cost-containment strategies
  • Drive the adoption and integration of AI and other digital tools
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations
  • At least 5 years at the executive level (VP or above)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the New England healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven track record of implementing EMR, AI optimizations, and data analytics platforms
