Key responsibilities & impact

Cutting and editing performance ads (UGC / short-form content)
Creating video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Optimizing hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention
Developing new ad angles and creative concepts
Close collaboration with the marketing and content teams
Continuous iteration and optimization of creatives based on ad performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in video editing for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
Understanding of performance marketing and paid ads
A good sense for hooks, storytelling and audience retention
Interest in psychology, marketing and viral content
Structured and efficient working style
Good proficiency in German and English
Bonus skills (not required):
Experience with UGC ads / creator content
Motion design or advanced After Effects skills
Understanding of TikTok trends and the creator economy
Interest in neuroscience, productivity and performance
